In accordance with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”), The Town of Fairplay (“Town”) will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in the Town’s services, programs, or activities. If you feel that you have been unable to access the Town of Fairplay government because of an accessibility issue, or have been discriminated against based on your disability, please fill out the ADA Grievance Form or Request for Accommodation form above and submit it to our office.
