The Board of Trustees meets on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room located on the lower level of the Fairplay Town Hall, 901 Main Street.
Fairplay Beautification Program
In 2023 the Town of Fairplay is implementing a Beautification Program making clean-up supplies available at Town Hall and presenting awards for properties that are worthy of recognition for beautification and aesthetic efforts.
Beginning May 1, 2023, residents and business owners can stop by Town Hall to check out trash bags, trash pickers and safety vests to be used in cleaning up public spaces throughout the Town. The Town will dispose of all accumulated trash. At the same time, the community can begin nominating properties for award recognition via a form that will be available on this page. All awards will be publicly presented at a Fairplay Board of Trustees Regular Meeting so start making your plans today to your home or business in the running.
Also, if you need financial help making exterior improvements, check out the Town's Property Improvement Incentive Program (PIIP) - projects such as siding, roof replacements, painting, staining, fencing and landscaping typically qualify but must have preapproval!
