Colorado is a dual licensing state. As such, the majority of all Fermented Malt Beverage (Beer), Vinous (Wine) and Spirituous (Distilled Alcohol) Liquor licenses are approved and issued by both the Town of Fairplay and the State of Colorado. The process starts by applying with the Town and you can download a checklist below.
