The Board of Trustees meets on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room located on the lower level of the Fairplay Town Hall, 901 Main Street.
Fairplay Board of Trustees Adopts Resolution Opposing Asphalt and Concrete Plant
Following a public input session at the February 5, 2024 Fairplay Board of Trustees' Regular Meeting, the Board of Trustees voted unanimously to approve Staff filing a formal referral response opposing the proposed Asphalt & Concrete Plant to be located at 2001 Platte Drive. The Board also approved formalizing their opposition with a Resolution, which can be viewed below. The Resolution was filed with Park County on Feburary 13, 2024 to become part of the application record. It was also sent to Senators Bennet and Hickenlooper and Representative Pettersen and County Manager Eisenman.
