2017 Town of Fairplay Events

Board of Trustees meetings - 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month @ 7 PM except legal holidays

May 15th to October 15th South Park City Museum is open
May 20th Fairplay Cemetery Clean Up, 9am-Noon. Volunteers are needed. For more information about volunteering, Email or call 719-836-2622.
June 2nd to 4th Fairplay Town Clean Up Days, 7:30am-6pm or when dumpsters are full. Details of items accepted and not accepted will be available soon. Call Town Hall for more information, 719-836-2622.

June 10th South Park Trail Marathon & Half Marathon,
June 23rd TGIFairplay free concert series on Front Street, brought to you by Prather's Market. Enjoy free live music featuring Split Window, a beach party & a pig roast. Food proceeds benefit the Friends of the Fairplay Community. 719-836-2622
July 4th Independence Day Celebration including fireworks, Strut Your Mutt, Burro Buster 5k race, parade, food and more. Free concert featuring Richie Law & the Southern Routes Band. Events are on Front Street.

July 22nd 3rd Annual South Park Throw Down Disc Golf Tournament, a PDGA sanctioned C-Tier Disc Golf Tournament. More information coming soon.
July 28th TGIFairplay Free Concert Series on 5th Street, brought to you by Prather’s Market. Ronnie Raygun and the Big Eighties Band will be back for an evening filled with great 80’s music. Concessions and a beer/wine tent benefit this concert series.719-836-2622.

September 5th-9th 8th Annual Plein Air Arts Celebration,enjoy art painted throughout the week by talented Plein Air artists from around Colorado as well as out of state. Works of art will be for sale at the public Art Gallery opening reception on the 8th, and again on the 9th where you will enjoy a live auction., 719-836-2622.
December 2nd A Real Colorado Christmas Celebration and Holiday Victorian Tea as well as the 33rd Annual Holiday Bazzar, Holiday sales, treats, horse-drawn wagon rides, caroling and lighting of the Town Christmas Tree, 719-836-2622.
